Better access to parking would enhance the experience.

missingWrote a review on Oct 06river viewmade-to-order breakfastdusty vents
The King Suite with River View offered impressive views and a unique layout with separate living and sleeping areas for added privacy. The breakfast spread included a made-to-order omelet station and a great selection of fresh vegetables, which definitely stood out.
Some aspects felt dated. the vents were dusty, and one looked precariously close to falling off. The pillows lacked support, and the temperature control didn’t work well, leaving the room feeling a bit stuffy. Additionally, parking options were somewhat tricky, especially if you opted for the nearby ramp instead of the hotel's valet.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We visited the Simon Estes Riverfront Amphitheater for a concert and checked out the Blank Park Zoo. The rooms were comfy and clean, and we really enjoyed the breakfast and evening snacks. The staff was friendly, too!
One downside was that the manager didn't seem very friendly during our stay, which was a bit off-putting.

The Embassy Suites provided a pleasant stay with spacious rooms equipped with necessary amenities like a refrigerator and desk area, ideal for business purposes. The location along the river was excellent, giving easy access to local attractions and dining options. The complimentary breakfast included an array of options such as fresh pastries and a make-to-order omelet station, which complemented my busy mornings well.
While the hotel delivered a good experience overall, the check-in process was somewhat slow.

We enjoyed visiting the nearby Simon Estes Riverfront Amphitheater for an afternoon concert. The hotel is super close to diverse restaurants that were kid-friendly, and our children loved the spacious indoor pool, even with its strong chlorine! The staff was helpful and responsive to our needs.
In my kids’ opinion, there should be more fun activities geared toward families. A kids’ club or organized games would be a great addition.

I enjoyed the spacious layout of the Two-Room King Suite. The beds were comfortable and the separate living area offered great relaxation space. The complimentary breakfast included a fantastic omelette station and a wide selection of juices and pastries. It made mornings enjoyable. I was especially impressed by the warm pool, which was well-maintained and inviting. However, there were a few hiccups during my stay. Check-in took longer than expected, causing frustration. I noticed some areas needing attention, like the carpet having stains and the sofa bed not being in great condition. Additionally, some room amenities, like tissue paper, were lacking and weren't replenished during our stay. While the overall hospitality from staff was good, I encountered one front desk staff member who seemed unfriendly at times. The location is truly convenient for exploring downtown, too. The hotel has great potential, but improvements in cleanliness and service consistency would enhance the experience significantly.
